Tonight's game was rained out. No makeup date was announced, but it almost certainly be during Connecticut's next trip here June 12-14.
The Yankees were also rained out, but Phil Hughes still will start tomorrow night against the Blue Jays. Andy Pettitte has been pushed back to Friday, and from what I've heard, the Yankees are still undecided on Saturday's starter; it will either be Jeff Karstens or Kei Igawa.

I would like to find out what the players do in the locker room while they are waiting for the game to be banged. do they eat, or watch television, or are they allowed to have contact with their girlfriends, if you catch my drift? that would make an interesting story for your paper, especially if you could get pictures.
STOP IT! LEAVE ME ALONE! THIS BLOG IS FOR THUNDER FANS, NOT FOR PERVERSE JUVENILES.
i am a thunder fan and I've always wanted to know the answers to what they do during a rainout. I think it's a good question that needs an answer.
Rain, rain go away...you have fun with the dog everyday
They do what they usually do before games - watch TV, play cards, listen to music, meet with coaches if need-be.
On the road, it depends where the hotel is. If there are stores or restaurants or other things within walking distance, they may go there to kill the time. When they had the entire series rained out in Portland earlier this month, they also went over to the indoor batting cages at Hadlock Field to work out as best as they could.
